We will ship outside of Japan via international parcel unless there is no specific shipping type. An estimated cost of the shipping fee will be provided when confirmed the shipping address.

Delivery date/time

Please contact us if you have specific date/time of delivery.
The shipping company will be arranged by us after confirming the order depending on the shipping area/shipping time.
Please note that the shipping companies cannot be designated.
All products are delivered to the door of the delivery address. (Some large items will be delivered at the entrance on the ground floor of the building.)

In case the product was defective or delivered the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and return the product to us within 7 days after contacting us.
